This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with job sat-isfaction and organizational commitment as mediating variables object research being perma-nent employees PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office VIII Jakarta 1 Bogor Area. is quantitative research. The sample used in was 205 respondents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique Amos 22 software are both investigation. findings show that trans-formational has a beneficial satisfaction, commitment, satisfac-tion, performance. It discovered, however, neither nor had any measured by satisfaction or commitment.
